Realtified is an information and facilitation platform for residential real estate in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We help buyers discover RERA-registered projects, compare properties, and connect with developers or independent advisors.

Who operates Realtified: Realtified is a brand of Rudravatar Properties Private Limited (CIN U68100TS2025PTC196506), a real estate agent registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration no. A02400005101. Realtified is not: a developer, bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or lender, and we do not guarantee the sale or purchase of any property.

All property data on the Platform — including prices, configuration details, amenities, possession dates, and availability — is indicative only. It is sourced from developers, public RERA filings, and third-party data providers, and may not reflect current real-world conditions.

You must independently verify all material facts, including but not limited to:

• RERA registration status at tsrera.telangana.gov.in
• Legal title and encumbrance status of the project land
• Current pricing, payment schedules, and unit availability from the developer
• Applicable taxes (GST, stamp duty, registration charges)
• Developer track record and project approvals

Realtified does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Platform.

The EMI calculators, affordability estimators, and any other financial tools on the Platform are provided for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a binding quote. Interest rates, loan amounts, and eligibility depend on factors assessed by banks and lenders independently of Realtified. Please consult a qualified financial advisor before making any borrowing or investment decision.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a site visit, or messaging an advisor through the Platform does not create any binding legal or financial obligation on your part or on ours. A binding commitment arises only through a formal builder-buyer agreement signed directly between you and the developer, subject to RERA requirements.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when registering or submitting enquiries.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without our written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Platform systems.

All content on the Platform — including text, images, data compilations, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Realtified. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce or distribute Platform content except for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Realtified, its directors, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on indicative property data.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any transaction entered into between you and a developer, broker, or lender.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to Realtified during that year.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
